Hier ist er!! / Here is he!!

Grizzlebane ist ein Leucrotta, der bei Paizo in der Pathfinder Adventure Path Reihe "Kingmaker" in der Romanserie "Prodigal Sons" auftaucht. Der Autor der Serie,  Kevin Andrew Murphy hat mich in seinem Wallpost auf Facebook heute mit einer meiner Illustrationen für die Serie erwähnt. Und ich habe mich natürlich sehr gefreut und sagte, dass die Grizzlebane-Illustration eine meiner Lieblingsillustrationen ist. Naja, und dann fiel mir auf, dass ich Grizzlebane nirgends im Web in meinen Portfolios hab... Ups. Okay, hier ist er erstmal auf meinem Blog. Und er ist für mein Webseiten-Update auch eingeplant.

Grizzlebane is a leucrotta, who appears in the novel series "Prodigal Sons", which is published in Paizos Pathinfinder Adventure Path series "Kingmaker". The author of the series, Kevin Andrew Murphy mentioned me an my work in a post on his facebook wall. And I was of course very happy and said, that the Grizzlebane-illustration is one of my favourites from this series. Okay, and then I saw, that I have the Grizzlebane-illustration nowhere online in my portfolios. Ooops. Alright, here he is now. Lather the illustration is planned to be presented on my website.

Ich habe mein Belegexemplar von Paizos aktuellem Pathfinder Adventure Path "Jade Regent - The Brinewall Legacy" erhalten. Wieder habe ich schwarzweiss Illustrationen beigesteuert. Diesmal für den Innencoverbereich. Und sie sehen einfach großartig aus!

I have received my author's copy of Paizos current Pathfinder Adventure Path "Jade Regent - The Brinewall Legacy". I made again black and white illustrations for this volume. This time for the interior covers. And they look great!

der liebe kleine Vogelhamster / The lovely little Birdhamster

Ich war am letzten Samstag beim Illustratorenstammtisch. Und ein Kollege verteilte kleine Proben Schabekarton zum experimentieren. Ich habe diesen lieben kleinen Vogelhamster gemacht. Mit Tentakel als Schwänzchen... Ja, mit Tentakel als Schwänzchen! Ich glaub, ich werd ihn Monty nennen....

Last saturday, I was at the illustrator's table. And a colleague distributed some samples of scraperboard for some experiments. I made this lovely little birdhamster. With a tentacle for a tail.... Yeah, with a tentacle for a tail! I think, I'll call him Monty....

Weine nicht, kleines Cry Wolf Baby/ Don't cry, little cry wolf baby

Wein nicht, kleines Cry Wolf Baby. Ja, manchmal möchte man einfach nur noch weinen. Manchmal wirkt alles so grau wie Dein Fell. Und alles ist scheinbar so hoffnungslos. Aber das bleibt nicht immer so. Dann schaut man zurück und denkt: War ja alles nur halb so schlimm. Du wirst mit Jedem mal besser lernen mit den scheinbar so hoffnungslosen Zeiten umzugehen, kleines Cry Wolf Baby.

Don't cry, little cry wolf baby. Yes somtimes the times appear to be rough, and you just want to weep. Sometimes everything seems to be grey like your fur. And everything seems hopeless. But this won't last for ever. Then you will look back and think: It was only half as bad, as it appeared. You will learn to deal better and better with this seemingly hopless times, little cry wolf baby.

Eine kleine Geburtstagsskizze / A small birthday sketch

Dieses mal nur ein kleiner Eintrag. Es ist heute mein Geburtstag und ich habe gestern mal aus Vorfreude diese kleine Skizze gemacht. Vorallem, weil ich auch sehr leckere Erdbeeren gekauft habe.
